He will charge you full price take your money. Pay laborer a fraction of the price and burn bridges and move on. Crooked old man do not use. I did multiple jobs for him. He owes me for 2 jobs.

Bill and his team were fabulous! I love my new deck, it was built with really good quality wood and it’s been over a year now and it still looks brand new. He was an absolute delight to work with and I recommend him to everyone in the Metroplex.

Unbelievable experience here, buyer beware!!! Bill promised us our “dream deck”. What he actually did was NOT pull a permit, NOT check property lines, build OVER the property line, leave nails and screws exposed for our child to hurt herself on, not clean up the trash or complete the project. He aggressively strong armed us into paying ahead of completion and then ran away from the job. We are in the middle of a $18,000 litigation with him. He is shady and his own workers do not respect him. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. STEER CLEAR. There are similar reviews on BBB that I regretfully ignored. There are multiple lawsuits on public record of past clients claiming the same issues against Bill Broney aka “Professional deck builder”. UPDATE: The courts found Bill GUILTY and that he owes us $20,000 which he refused to willfully pay. We had to freeze his accounts in order to seize the money. Steer clear from this fraudster!

My friend recommended this business and assured me they would perform a fantastic job renovating the deck. She was correct; they did restore the deck to my specifications. One would assume it’s brand-new because of how well it’s done. I am highly impressed.

Will not call me for some warranty work all the wood is twisting so now are roof is 1in from comings down the beam for the roof never got nailed its just sitting on a6×6 top.the floring all the 2×6 are twisting do to not enough screws. He sub contracts ever thing out . We have called him for 5 months cant get a call back.This man is a joke do not use him…. update bill came out looked at the deck he say his guys should have done this and that he say he was coming back out on Wednesday here it is Saturday never came out will not respond to calls. DO not use this man…

He worked on my sister’s back patio adding a room. She paid for it all and it still has not been completed. It’s been a YEAR!!! He never installed a ceiling fan she paid for and now the roof is already leaking!! She calls and he won’t answer and never calls back. Bad business!!
