Upon the recommendation of a co-worker, I contacted Tom at Premium Decks to provide me a quote for a composite product deck. I was satisfied with the pricing and impressed with the customer service. The workmanship of the crew was top notch and I was also pleased with the clean up! A great experience!!

Great company I would recommend to anyone. Quick to come out and estimate and respond to emails. Their quote was 6k less than competitors for a basic 12×17 composite deck attached to a twinhome. Took them 1.5 days to complete the job start to finish including demolition of my existing wood deck. Exceeded my expectations. Deck looks amazing.

The deck looks great, but most important to me is the quality of the build. It is very heavy duty and secure. Being 10 feet high it feels very safe to use, and looks like it is built to last.

From the website I had been really impressed. We want to add a pergola to our existing deck and patio. I stated as such when I requested the person to come out and see our set up and give us some ideas and an estimate. Their site shows many options/materials and says how they will work with you to design what you want. Unimpressed from the start. Owner was prompt to set up a meeting time, which was great, however he was almost 15 min late to our 8am meeting and didn’t say a thing about it. No apology for being late, nothing. Not a great show of professionalism but I was willing to overlook as I understand people can get busy. I showed him a drawing I had done of what we think we want but we’re open to ideas. First thing he says is “oh you’re not looking for a deck?” Apparently he didn’t read my request to know I wanted a pergola structure. He quickly dismissed the idea that we wanted a structure over our deck and patio, saying since the deck was already built and the angles it would just look weird and we should only do over the patio, nothing with the deck. What kind of professional company can’t work with existing structures? He said they can do an aluminum pergola and gave no other options. There was no invitation to discuss ideas and be creative. Whole interaction was done in 10 min. Seemed like once he saw we didn’t want a deck he couldn’t care less about our project. Knew right away we wouldn’t be going with this company, but I just had to laugh when I got the estimate. Price is outrageous and didn’t actually show anything other than the final price to see how they actually got those numbers. I don’t know what happened with this company where they have almost a 5 star rating too then have the interaction I had, but I cannot recommend this company. Maybe you’ll have better luck with a deck. Who knows.
