Brian worked on a kitchen remodel with us and the results were wonderful. But more than that, the process was smooth, mostly due to his ability to constantly stay on top of details and keep us in the loop with near constant communication. His standards are very high, for himself and his subcontractors, and it was an all around pleasure to work with him over the three and a half month project. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Brian did a fabulous job of tearing down our old kitchen and walls to make a bigger and more beautiful kitchen. He’s a pleasure to work with on the job. He did the tile work for the kitchen himself. Brian warned us that the sealer would smell really bad and we took a three day holiday. When we returned we had a beautiful tile setting above the stove and around the room. I appreciate his hard work and communication throughout the project. I highly recommend Brian Renwick!

Brian was GC for our kitchen remodel. Very pleased with his work. I’ve been a kitchen designer for many years and have very high standards and expectations. Brian was up to the task in every respect. He was thorough, responsible, flexible and knowledgeable. Very environmentally and safety conscious. I recommend him highly.

Brian did a new shower over tub enclosure for us. The work is beautiful, and looks seamless in our hundred-plus year old Jack-and-Jill bathroom. In addition, a work acquaintance of mine has had a different contractor working in a similar project, and her bathroom has been down to studs since August and the job is not yet complete. (it is presently February). I fully intend to have Brian back to do a few more improvement projects in the future. Highly recommended.

Brian has been an invaluable partner for my wife and I. We are new home owners and he has helped us to create a far more enjoyable backyard via a new deck and repairing an old fence. We have plans to continue working with him on additional projects. All of his work has been top notch and very timely. My favorite aspect is the time he spends helping us to better understand the scope of the project and how he thinks about it given our input. It really helps us feel more involved and able to make final decisions. I would strongly recommend working with Brian!

Brian is an excellent contractor. He is an excellent resource for all construction questions. He remodeled our kitchen and master bath as well as built a deck in our backyard. We are extremely happy with all of his work and his keen attention to detail. We would highly recommend Brian for any construction projects you may have large or small.

We’ve hired Brian for multiple jobs including flooring, sub flooring, remodels and painting. He is detail oriented and knows all aspects based on years of experience in different markets/states. We value his demeanor and interest in involving the home owner in getting to where we want to be. He has saved us from making some very bad decisions and the final product was always been better than we imagined. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Brian is fantastic! He is incredibly skilled, personable, and very attentive to detail. He renovated our Living room and Master bathroom/closet in 2016. It was not an easy project but Brian was up for the challenge. He not only met all of our expectations, he often exceeded them. We are now 2+ years into enjoying our much improved living spaces. It is such a joy to come home to! It looks like a completely different home. We get compliments on it all the time and we love to show off his handy work when we have guests over. We highly recommend Brian for any of your Home construction or renovation needs. He is a master carpenter and it shows in his work. You will not be disappointed.

I have hired Brian Renwick for a number of jobs and have been very happy with his work. The finished project(s) was excellent, the manner in which it was done well (not a lot of intrusion into our space/clean up was very good), timeliness and cost were all to our liking. I would hire Brian again.
