Jason builds a very high quality home. For anyone who is looking for an un-rushed superior quality home, JK Homes is the right fit for you. We built our house with JK Homes many years ago. Jason’s attention to detail, staying on budget and finishing the job on time was impeccable. He worked with us to select the right lot, custom design our house and build it exact the way we wanted it. In ten years since we built our house we are yet to encounter a problem with his construction inside or out.

Jason and Wayne at JK Companies were great to deal with. One Sunday afternoon, we visited two JK-built open houses – one complete and one under construction. We knew after that visit that Jason would definitely build our next home. About a year later, we started talking with them about moving forward on a new home. After many conversations about available building lots, we were on a first-name basis with them, and we actually looked forward to our visits during the weekly open houses. We didn’t find a building lot to our liking but the home that had been under construction earlier was finished by then. Ultimately, we bought it and we are so glad we did! We genuinely enjoy this home!!! We love the custom millwork, crown molding, massive island in the kitchen, and all the “Jasonism’s” built into the home. Jasonism’s are the many thoughtful things he does during construction to make your life easier as you turn the house into your home. Like his attention to detail and taking the extra steps to make the fit and finish of the home the best it can be. Like windowsills and paint colors that are made to work perfectly with the shutters we installed. Like the 4-car garage – a Jason trademark – with hot and cold water faucets. And lots of others. A JK Companies home is definitely a cut above the rest! Thank you for our beautiful home!

We only recently moved to Edwardsville. We met Jason at one of his open houses. We were immediately impressed with his straightforward approach and the quality of his work. Jk builders just finished our new home. Jason was at the job site the biggest part of every day. Nothing happened in the entire project that Jason was not aware of or not involved in. His wealth of experience was invaluable every step of the way. He was up in the rafters with the framers, On top of the house with the roofer, down in the mud with the plumbers, on his knees with the tile worker, finishing concrete with the concrete crew. He is truly “hands on”. Attention to detail is an understatement. He understands what every subcontractor should be doing and why. In addition, he involved us in essentially every decision that had to be made and made us understand, in advance, the consequences of those decisions. The project was finished almost exactly on budget according to his initial bid. Overall, our experience was excellent. We would use Jason again in a heartbeat. Larry and Joan Newell

We absolutely love our home built by Jason of JK Construction. Looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and excels at attention to detail Jason is your guy! He will always ask questions to make sure everyone is one the same page. Also he double checks and triple checks everything to make sure the building process goes smoothly. He wants you to be involved during every step of the building process. We had a wonderful experience building and would build again with Jason in a heartbeat. Jason wants you love your new home!

We moved to Edwardsville a year ago. We loved the condo the first time Jason took us through it. The perfection and quality were obvious at first sight. Jason has a talent for building unique and custom homes. We love everything about our condo! Thank you, Jason.

We recently moved to Edwardsville and while I have been involved in various construction trades, I didn’t know who to trust in our new town. I saw one of Jason’s homes and I knew then that I wanted him involved in our new build home. As it turns out, our new home became a remodel instead. Jason was there with us from the start to finish. His attention to detail and honesty made a rather extensive renovation project go very smoothly. We felt as though we got good value for money and were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Jason if you’re thinking of building a new home or a major renovation project. You’ll be glad you did.
