I contacted them because my deck was separating from my house and coming off the cement footings. Max contacted me and scheduled a day to come look and see what was needed…showing up at the exact scheduled time. The next day I received an estimate for work I NEEDED done and also some I was considering (retired.. limited budget). I was able to approve the estimate on-line and work was scheduled. Weather delayed work for two days but not by the company but by me…I didn’t want the repair person to freeze. In one week and two days Wyatt showed up at my house to do the repairs. Wyatt is one of the hardest workers I have ever known. He went right to work and even asked me about leaving the skirting off until the following day (I had no problems with that but I know he would have put it back on if I had wanted him to). Wyatt replaced some “ledger”? and reattached the deck to my home the way it should have been previously. Then he jacked up my deck and realigned it to the footings installing the proper brackets to hold the deck in place. Then he replaced the skirting with a new one I wanted…all in a DAY and a HALF. My deck looks AMAZING! It’s level, attached correctly to my home and the new skirting is installed all in time for me to enjoy it this coming summer. If you need any work done, I highly recommend checking them out; you will be extremely glad you did and hiring them will be the best decision you make for any project you need done. I will use them again for SURE
