I bought a pergola a year ago to use as a carport for my driveway. It’s a stunning structure, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Carlos, who I dealt with at the showroom and throughout the process was fantastic. While the company faced challenges with city permitting (Palmetto Bay), they eventually resolved everything. Recently, I needed some minor warranty work done on the pergola — just some touch-ups on the pillars — and Carlos came through once more. His team was here within days of my request. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The team at Patio District just completed the installation at our house! The entire experience from concept to completion was flawless. We’ve had multiple parties with friends and family. Everyone was blown away when they first saw it. A big thank you to Carlos and his team!!!

They have a beautiful showroom but horrendous installation and customer support. It’s taken over 10 months and not completed. They dug holes and poured concrete in the wrong spots. Had to dig them out breaking irrigation and main water lines. Support bolts rusted in a few days. Major ceiling leaks which they’ve tried to repair 8x. It appears to be a structural issue because of not enough slope for the rain water to run. The list goes on.

Back in 2020 I contracted withThe Patio Disctrict to do two pergolas in our house backyard, it was the smoothest process and we got the best result we could expect and beyond, since day 1 we relied heavily on the help of Santiago, he is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding, he understands what you want and always give you his advice, he has always been great at getting back to us when we have needed any assistance on repairs or adjustments a after the work was done, just this month we needed to replace the roof of both pergolas and maintenance them at the same time, I called Santiago and once again they performed at the highest level, our pergolas look like new. I will continue to use this company for every need in our backyard. Thank you all at The Patio District and specially Santiago for the amazing support!!!

Dayanna is a representative who has been assisting us with our installation of the pergola has been the worst and most unreliable person to work with. She doesn’t answer the phone and schedules workers who don’t show up and complete the job. She makes promises that she cannot keep and is all in all extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s taken half a year to get mid way through the project. Go elsewhere if you want to make your backyard look nice.
