The best experience I have ever had with working with a contractor. They came when they said they were going to, easy to communicate with and clear about pricing. I love my new bathroom which is a far cry from the dungeon it used to be . I highly recommend!

Nico Pro Construction did a fabulous job repairing and replacing my garage doors and front of my garage. They also replaced a support beam inside my garage. They were very professional and friendly. It was a fair price and they were conscientious and the work was done in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Nico Pro Construction to anyone and everyone. I have an advertising sign on my front lawn. One of my neighbors saw the great job they did and has already hired them for a job she has.

I loved working with this company and I highly recommend them. Their work was great, they were efficient, friendly, punctual, and easy to communicate with. Their prices are also very reasonable. We’ll be hiring them again in the future. We had them do two projects for us. There was mold that grew on both of the interior bedroom walls in my room. I cleaned it all with bleach but it came back again the following winter. They were able to pinpoint the problem, come up with the right solution, and quickly take care of things on the schedule that worked best for us. They replaced all the drywall in my bedroom and added insulation since the house is very old and didn’t have any. Oh my gosh, my room is finally warm! Can’t wait for the savings to roll in on our heating bill! They also replaced the two old windows in the room whose seals were broken and where the water was coming into the room from. It was subtle enough that I didn’t notice what was going on behind the curtains, but they figured it out right away. The second project was replacing the rest of the windows in the house to prevent problems in the other rooms (which apparently was just getting started in another bedroom). Excellent work. We redid our bathroom, and throughout the entire remodeling process, Nazariy was super communicative and helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. He kept us updated with the progress. Not only that, but the entire team was attentive to the details and friendly to communicate with. We definitely will be reaching out to them for future projects.

I hired Nicopro to fully remodel my house. I attached before and after photos. They remodeled the outside and inside of my home; added additions (3 rooms and 2 bathrooms), fully remodeled and upgraded the backyard, expanded the living area, updated the kitchen and removed the stucco outside and put up siding. They did an outstanding job. The whole process of working with them was seamless. I am very happy with the results, highly recommend reaching out to them for any home improvement projects. I am planning on hiring them out for an additional dwelling unit project we have planned for the new year !

Nico Pro repaired dry rot on our home. They were fairly priced, showed up on time, were friendly and satisfactorily complete the job. I would recommend for your dry rot repair needs.
