Very enjoyable evening with my wonderful cousins. We arr huge fans of this great restaurant and all the food is great, the service extraordinary and the atmosphere joyous…my cousins and the staff broke out in some spontaneous singing and there was no alcohol involved!!

Our condo association recently worked with Mr Porch to rebuild our 3 story deck and stairs in Chicago. From the jump, Frank was professional, knowledgable, and all around great to work with. He walked us through the entire project so we knew what to expect and was flexible with us as we adjusted out plans. Pre-build, Mr. Porch covered designing the decks to our specifications, drawing up the plans, and submitting the permitting application to the city. It was the easiest prep we had experienced. During the build, our on-site foreman Chris was fantastic. He was professional, reliable, and highly communicative. He kept us informed during of the whole project and his team had high attention to detail. The decks came out incredible and we are extremely happy with the quality of work. A highlight is that every piece was measured and cut on site making the deck that much more attractive and safe. Post project, there were some issues that arose, mainly from the wood drying and cracking (can’t be helped when using fresh wood) but Mr. Porch was quick to come out and make any necessary repairs. We cannot recommend Mr. Porch enough! They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, considering how large of a project it was. I’ve included some before and after photos of our project.

Back in June, tried to have them come out to check out our deck. We set up a meeting, everything was set, and then they no-called no-showed. When I emailed them the next day telling them I didn’t appreciate the no-call no-show, they didn’t respond. Won’t be using them again in the future.

Updating about 4 years after installation. Still extremely please with the work and very impressed with how great they stand by their 5 year warranty. The crew has been back at our place for a few days making sure the porch is still really strong and structurally sound. Would highly recommend! Very pleased with the work and the price was competitive! The crew working under Pedro were great guys, responsive, and did high quality work. Frank (company owner) was also awesome. He came out at the end of the job to talk through everything with me, emphasizing that there’s a 5 year warranty and that I shouldn’t hesitate to call them back out. He even noticed a few smaller things that could be touched up and had the crew stop back by to do. Overall very happy and would highly recommend!

Mr. Porch is a wonderful person. He came and looked at my deck, which had been put in by another business. He gave me his professional judgment. Since he is trustworthy, I would suggest doing business with him.

The team at Mr. Porch did a great job. I wated a porch added onto my hosue and they were able to build me exactly what I wanted. The team was great and very respectful of my home. I really apprecaite all the hard work they put into making sure my porch turned out the way I wanted. They arrived on time each day they worked and always kept me up to date on the progress of things. I’m very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend them.

For starters it’s the 2nd new 3 story commercial porch they have built for me. Price is fair for the quality service and workmanship you receive. Think twice if your thinking steel over wood. I started in steel and then I had to get new contractor after being frauded by a company US Arsenal and Steel Solution beware of this company 710 Higgins in Park Ridge. Any way Frank came in and saved us by pulling us out of a nightmare. I think he had porch in under a month from the first day he came out. Just the integrity of his work and honesty alone was enough to rest me assured. Our porch was removed and gone for nine months to the day when Frank and Mr. Porch came to the rescue. Not only that he has empathy for people. Like I said there ain’t no porch like good old wood and their ain’t no local porch contractor like Mr. Porch. Period.

As with most folks, hiring a new contractor almost always includes some concern and skepticism. Well, after the crew from Mr. Porch finished the job, I was more than satisfied. The work they did far exceeded my expectations and I’m not easy to please. I would recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.
