We never thought we’d be using the words “enjoyable” and “bathroom remodel” in the same sentence. However, that’s what the experience with Concord was for our recent bathroom remodel (and kitchen refresh). Jeff Hanson and his team are professional, competent, talented, and transparent. Jake, Project Manager, and Kaylee, Design, were a joy to work with. They were able to translate what was in our minds into bathroom renovation reality. We are so pleased with the outcome! From the very beginning, communication was great and there was appropriate guidance on best practices but never overtaking our wants, tastes, needs, or budget. When minor issues came up, they were dealt with promptly and did not occur again. At every step, we felt comfortable leaving our home in their hands trusting they had our best interests at heart. They were a great partner through this process and projects. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

We contracted with Concord Construction to partially remodel kitchen, gut and remodel master bath (includes adding a window, custom his/her vanity, add large walk-in shower and freestanding tub), gut and redesign a section of an already finished basement (custom bar back, custom table, and custom bar top with reclaimed wood), and enclose an existing covered patio. We’re about 85% thru with all the big items being done. Finishing details are all that remain. Jeff helped with all the design and the project manager, Victor, was extremely responsive as we changed a few details after project start but it all came together nicely. The sub contractors they use are as solid as their own guys (shout out to James who made the custom bar top!). One of the subs, Wicked Wood, is fantastic and the vanities, bar back, and table (in photo) look fantastic. I recommend using Concord if you’re looking for quality, design assistance, and that personal touch which is important on big $$ jobs.

We hired Concord to take over a job that a previous contractor had started and basically shafted us to prep groundwork for a detached garage, install a retaining wall and then pour a slab for the garage. Jeff and Shaun did an excellent job of not only taking over the job but also providing a better retaining wall than what was originally planned. They dealt with challenges along the way with professionalism and let us know the plans as things unfolded. If anything could go wrong, it did with this project, but Concord helped us prevail! We will definitely be calling on them again for help with some future ideas now that we have a group we can trust to do it right!

They met and exceeded my expectations. The project manager kept me in the loop of everything that was happening and the timeline we were looking at for completion. I’m very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Jeff Hanson and his crew replaced our double front doors and installed new doors which required enlarging the entry way because of the size of the replacement doors. My wife and I are totally satisfied with his work and the attention that he gives to details.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jeff and his team at concord construction! I have always wanted a beautiful covered patio space with a beautiful brick fireplace and I expressed that to Jeff and Jeff and his team made that dream come true! Our covered outdoor patio is more than we could’ve dreamed of, Jeff and his team are so detail oriented that it seems everything is just perfect! Jeff always responded to our calls or text within a timely manner and always kept us in the loop as far as what was going on with the project. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you choose Jeff and his team at concord construction for your next project!

These guys tore down a staircase for us. And rebuilt it. I like it so much better. It looks awesome. They were very professional. Attentive. Responded quickly. And were responsibly priced. I felt like they had everything under control. We did have an issue with the water heater. ( They had to take it out to do the job) They put it back and plugged it up. But it wasn’t heating our water. BUT no worries. Nothing they did wrong. Came back on a SUNDAY to figure out what was wrong with it. Bam! Fixed. Just had to push the rest button.
