Carolina Decks is just the absolute best. Not exaggerating in the least bit. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted. Luke came by, took the time to listen to me and what I wanted, sketch it out, give me some ideas to consider and what I should stay away from 😉, at a fair and reasonable price. It turned out perfect. Each team – from construction to roofing to electrical – was professional and efficient. (And left a clean work area at the end of each day!!!!) Jesse stayed in contact with me throughout the project, following up, ensuring that we are on schedule and in scope. In the end, it was a seamless experience and gorgeous results. It is now my favorite space in the home and our dog loves it! LOL I cannot thank you all enough.

I am so happy I went with Carolina Decks, to install a retractable screen for my enclosed patio. The framing of the screen matches to my brand new build, as if the builder offered the product themselves. What’s really amazing is the quick response from the company, especially Luke Chapman who drove over to my house, to resolve a reprogramming issue of my somfy remote (that I spent a day 1/2 researching why the screen would not respond to the remote). Luke is a friendly person and very experienced in troubleshooting these things. This company is a good and a responsive business, for your design needs.

We spoke with a variety of deck contractors when it was time to replace our existing structure, and from our first meeting with Luke, we knew he and his team were the ones for the job. They were able to give us exactly what we wanted with quality workmanship and an amazing finished product. We love our new screened in porch and built-in grill patio and could not recommend Carolina Decks more!

Luke was fantastic! We had an initial concept of what we wanted for our three season porch and patio and Luke provided us with creative ideas to make it even better. Throughout the project, Luke was very helpful and would always swing by if we had questions. It has been a long time since we were totally satisfied with a hired contractor, but Carolina Decks deserves our highest marks. They were professional from beginning to end. They gave us a fair price, arrived on time, sent highly qualified, friendly and professional installers, and completed our deck project in just four days. We are now in love with our new deck and wish we had done it ten years ago. Thanks Luke and all the folks at Carolina Decks.

Good luck getting these people to even come out to give you a quote. Just a complete run around and waste of time. After emailing me back and forth for almost a week they told me they don’t have the capacity to do the project I need done. Wouldn’t even give me a quote. And I had to email them continuously to even get a response. Don’t waste your time with this company like I did.
