Published waiting Public published review 6/18/24 This company has been a nightmare!! The lack of workmanship, service, and follow through is absolutely despicable. We have had several supervisors and “their best workers” to come and assess all the issues needing addressed. Each person blames the other and speaks to you in a condescending way. Our last supervisor was fired so we now have another person overseeing the issues. Please note that they are given a timeframe that each project must be completed. This in turn leads to poor quality and major problems. The issues we are having now (amongst many others and too many to name) are condensation buildup on the inside patio doors (3 seasons room). We were told that there’s high humidity levels and some people have this issue depending on the location they live. Are you kidding? We had a home prior (an older home) with an all glass 3 season room and NEVER did we have this issue.I The seals are definitelybroken but they are saying that this is not the case. We have had this structure for about 6 months. During the winter we had ice buildup on the inside patio windows and now it’s summer with the windows having terrible condensation buildup. We are unable to see out during the summer time or winter time. What is the point of having a 3 season room if we can’t see out of it? Unbelievable!! CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW IF THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS? I would really like to speak with you further. We are looking into having the patio dismantled and contacting a lawyer. I want to scream on the mountain tops so everyone hears…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will be going on the BBB to report this as well. $75k for a complete mess and stress!

Patio Enclosures did a wonderful job! The installer, Jim, was meticulous and very friendly. Sonia in the office, was amazing. She called to see how things were going and offered any help if needed. Love our room.

When it comes to deciding on a huge financial decision such as purchasing a sunroom, we are very pleased to have worked with Patio Enclosures. From financing to the construction it was a pleasure working with the crew at Patio Enclosures. Sonia A. was remarkable in her communication with us throughout the whole journey. She always made us feel she had our back and met our requests. The whole crew assembling our sunroom were great guys and very respectable of our space and time. They came in with their no nonsense attitude and got the job done. We are now very happy with our sunroom. It brings joy to our lives especially through the winter. I recommend them to anyone considering such a large purchase. The professionalism is top notch.

Professional, expertly done work, attention to detail, courteous, and personable. (and they didn’t even have to pay me to say that!). They very very easy to work with. Sonia called or emailed to keep us up to date and answered questions before I knew I should ask one. The installers, Alex and Jim, were outstanding. They explained what was needed to be done and completed the install expertly. An easy rating of 5 stars! (6 if I could give it).

Patio enclosures We first started to work with Patio Enclosure in Aug of 2022. They had told us that the project we were interested in would be doable and that it would be installed before the winter set in. The total was $93,000 for a 15X18 foot room, with a 9 ft side wall and a gabled roof approximately 12 feet high. They required a $27,000 downpayment to start the process of getting a permit and for their engineers to start the actual paperwork for the design. A few weeks later, they called and said the project would cost another $4,000 for adding things that had initially been overlooked: some electrical, a trench footer, two posts to support the roof, and changing the height of the walls from 9 feet down to 8 (which their design team said needed to be done). We called monthly to find out what was happening with the details, and it took months for them to confirm the permit; we were now in early spring. They then told us they couldn’t accommodate the project we wanted. They could no longer do the gable roof; it needed to be a single-slant roof. The room size would also be 15X13 feet, shaving off 75 square feet and cutting the room almost by 1/3 and also changing the spaciousness of the original gable roof. They said these changes were due to permitting issues, yet we have a stamped permit with the original design approved. They said they would cut the price by approximately $10,000, a drop in the bucket considering how much smaller the room would be. At this point, it was a completely different design and would not allow as much sunlight as we had initially wanted. Yet, they had the $27,000 down payment and weren’t willing to accommodate returning it. At that point, I wanted to start writing a review on how pathetic they had been to work with. We no longer wanted the room but would be out a lot of money. Once they started the project, they cut into an existing custom concrete patio in the wrong area, marring it and backfilling it with ugly grey concrete. Now, it requires us to put in carpeting to hide it. As they got to the roof, they had to remove part of our original roof and shingles and then proceeded to leave our roof open over a long, rainy spring weekend. This caused a lot of water damage to 2 main walls in our family room. We then needed to repair drywall and repaint. We proceeded to get quotes for repair and felt the need to have it tested for mold, as it was pretty damp behind the drywall from ceiling to floor for weeks. The cost of mold testing and repairs was $9000. The cost of carpet to cover up the concrete damage was another $4000. This added $13,000 to an already disappointing project. They take your credit card upfront, continuing to make charges, and would not give any discounts on the damages we had incurred. We will be moving forward with a lawsuit, but we want everyone to be informed of their shady business practices. I will post this on Google, Yelp, and with the better business bureaus, as I hope no one else gets screwed like we did.

We had Patio Enclosures come out for an appointment. Great quality product and some beautiful designs. Kim Ciolkosz worked up exactly what we were looking for and was able to show a cool design in 3d of the sunroom. Great quality product and would recommend.

I wanted to leave a shout out for Alex who came out and built my back porch by himself. He showed up early and left late every day and the finished job is tremendous. I’m very pleased with the job he did on the porch which is why I’m leaving this positive review for him specifically. I also wanted to mention Sonia who kept me informed throughout the entire process. Sonia was very enjoyable to work with and made this entire process seamless and easy.
