I highly recommend these guys! They tore down, redesigned, and replaced my front porch with composite decking and it looks great. They poured new footings as well. They don’t mess around! The job was completed in 2.5 days. I will definitely be using them again for my next project.

Bo, Jose, and the rest of the guys did a good job as expected. A few things that stood out to me over past contractors that I have hired were how well the communication was, I never was made to feel like a bother or that my questions and requests frustrated or were silly to Bo, or at least his composure didn’t show it 😆. The speed at which everything was carried out was what you hope for when you begin a renovation, but seem to never get. These guys did the job, pulled the stops to meet code and do things right, did it fast, and therefore were a solid upgrade from past contractors. Do YOUR job as a customer to clarify what you want and need, get nitty and gritty with the details so there is no mistaking what you desire, and Bo and his guys will make your vision a reality.

Job not completed. Terrible Communications. Part time never there to go over anything. Sloppy work, couple more items electrical switch on island not flush. Also knobs on cupboards had holes that where plugged. subcontractors did not want to return to complete any of the jobs they started. I added pictures of the mirror and light and vanity they do not align up. Sloppy cut in on paint job. Paid for electrical and it was not completed. The plumbing was not completed water softener and hot water heater not working had incorrect breakers. Tile crooked on floor. Cracked mosaic tiles. Very disappointed in this Company. Because the electrician did not finish the job we have breakers blowing and a small fire in the wall. When you spend almost 38k on a remodel you expect perfection. So of course I was not happy when he demanded full payment so he could go to Florida. I kept $320.00, because we informed him how unhappy we where he said he would not be back. We had talked about couple other projects however, he had told us he had taken on another job, so we knew we would need to get someone else for those projects. Always do your research when they don’t pull permits that should be a red flag. I only spoke with the workers twice. At no time was I notified of any of these issues in advance. They called to have them explain how I wanted the tile. Then they asked me to contact the cabinet people. I was not aware of the crack in the new cabinets. 8/11/2022 after living here we have found such sloppy work. So tonight while we tried using our Microwave the facing that goes around it came off. It was not even screwed in to cabinet. Then we also notice a crack in our cabinet. Painted Ceilings white and gray walls. Left paint on my bathroom tile. When the construction. asked me to meet with him each time I would go out there he would not show up. There is know reason not to complete the job you start. The customer deserves respect and satisfaction. These are not false claims. I still have all the imperfections to prove it. It will be costly to correct these issues.1/25/24 Now after 2 years we find our glass shower door was on incorrectly. Also our floors which Beau recommended is now seperating after 2 years. Here are 3 copies of cash checks from 4 C Construction /Beau See pictures. David & Michele Foote Beau was our Project Manager. ***************** After 2 years I finally get a response from the Owner. When they originally said they did not have a customer by my name (dishonesty)after paying for most of the products and supplies for my home plus paying you 38k you remember me. Your explanation is no excuse for a poor job and taking advantage by not making it right regardless. We where never friends you are my son’s friend. As for our foundation we have had no issues. Taking advantage of seniors is not a proud moment for you. 3/2024

Great experience from start to finish! Very prompt and efficient with their time. Took care to keep the rest of the house clean, always left the work area tidy at the end of the day. Very knowledgeable, had great ideas and were able to adjust easily when things would take an unexpected turn. Excellent craftsmanship, paid attention to the details and had a thorough understanding of the entire project. Would definitely use 4C again!

4C did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel! They listened to what I wanted and always left things cleaned up at the end of the day. Very professional and I would highly recommend them for any remodel.

Bo and his father were quick to respond to my request for an estimate on my sun room addition to my house, and gave me a much better offer than the previous contractor. I’ve see their work for a personal friend and the speed and quality of their deck replacement was outstanding! I can’t wait to post before and after pictures of this project! I highly recommend contacting them for any home customizations!
