Jeremy did a great job painting our bathroom, hallway, a bedroom wall, two ceilings and fascia boards on the garage. He was here on time and spent all day at our home painting. My husband and I would recommend Platinum Restoration Services.

2 weeks ago we had our air ducts cleaned followed by carpet cleaning on the same morning. Jeremy did a wonderful job. The communication regarding the work, the price, the appointment and the process were all very clearly explained. There were no surprises nor upsales. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and will definitely use them again.

l called directly and was told they would accept the groupon rate. When they arrived he gave me a price that was more than doubled the fee quoted on the phone. He refused to do the job unless I paid for a sanitation service that was not even talked about. Why would I want to sanitize a couch? Waste of money. He left without doing the job. Never will I recommend them again.

Jeremy has been doing our carpets at both my house and my mom’s for over 5 years. He is always so quick to respond and work through any situation. I have thrown a lot at him over the years & he just gets it done! I have two naughty dogs who leave too many stains to count- Jeremy just makes them all disappear! His pricing is always fair and he’s always willing to stretch to make things perfect!!!

Do not use this company! I rarely leave reviews but a few words of caution is necessary in this case. Jeremy in particular is very unprofessional, I would never again attempt to hire for service. Hope this helps someone save time and energy, search for another. ***Update to Owners Repsonse: The “response from the owner” below is completely unrelated to our interaction. Add deceptive and dishonest to my review above. Not someone I’d recommend performing an in-home service.
