Unprofessional, Rude Service, and Poor Job Quality – Victor’s Unacceptable Behavior I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Guillen’s Company LLC, particularly with the technician named Victor. Our restaurant has always had a good experience with this company, but Victor’s behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. Moreover, the quality of his work was extremely poor. We scheduled the exhaust hood cleaning service for 9 PM, after our restaurant’s closing time. However, Victor showed up at 6 PM when our restaurant was at its busiest. Despite seeing the rush, he was pushy and seemed upset when we told him that we couldn’t accommodate the cleaning at that time and reminded him of the scheduled time. Victor returned at 8:30 PM, just as our employees were finishing their cleaning duties and side jobs. Instead of being understanding, he was again very pushy and insisted on starting the hood cleaning job immediately. He showed no regard for our employees or their ongoing work. To make matters worse, Victor turned on music with his headphones and started dancing in a manner that seemed intentionally provocative and aimed at frustrating us. His behavior was not only disruptive but also highly unprofessional. Furthermore, we couldn’t help but notice that Victor had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made his presence even more uncomfortable for our staff. The next morning, I arrived at the restaurant to find that Victor’s work was extremely subpar. There was a significant amount of oil dripping from the ceiling, creating a huge mess in our kitchen. We had to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning and reorganizing the affected areas. We sincerely hope that Guillen’s Company LLC will address these issues and ensure that technicians like Victor are not sent to our restaurant in the future. We expect a higher level of professionalism, courtesy, and quality work from your service team. I am giving this experience a 1-star rating due to Victor’s unacceptable conduct and the poor quality of his work. We hope to continue our generally positive relationship with Guillen’s Company LLC, but we strongly request that you take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening again and to ensure that the work performed meets acceptable standards.

Guillen’s Company did a great job of cleaning our hood vent. We notice one small area that did not get cleaned and they immediately offered to come back and take care of it. Customer Service like this is very important to us. We will be using them again.

They cleaned our hood fan to our commercial stove and did a good job. They did arrive later than anticipated and wound up not being able to finish before we closed so we had to wait for them to finish, which is the reason for for 4-stars.

First time working with them. Everything was left SPOTLESS. Super clean and super happy with the work they did. We did have to reschedule due to the ice outside and it not being safe. But they were a very professional company and rescheduled us a few days after. They were able to come out after business hours which was great! Vey pleased with the outcome. Definitely will recommend to other businesses in Stevens Point area.

Couldn’t clean the back walls or floors after they cleaned the hoods. Didn’t even cover the fryers so they just let all the chemicals drip into them.
