We used Professional Clean Touch for a move-in clean the day before we moved into our new home. Angeles was great to work with when setting up the cleaning, and was quick to respond to our emails. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and even went the extra mile to buff out some dried paint splatters on our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend their services, and would use them again for monthly maintenance cleanings.

We have used Professional Clean for our apartment turns and a have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. The communication is great and they are more than willing to accommodate our many needs as a large apartment complex. Norma has been a great point of contact for us and is very helpful.

Edit after a year: Service was great while I had a specific woman coming each week. Around 6 months ago she moved on and service has declined. The team is different each time, does not listen to important things (like don’t leave the door open or my dog will get out), will not have equipment like a vacuum, and will not arrive on scheduled days. I was told a discount would be given after a few of these mistakes only to not have it followed up on. I’m writing this after yet another day they came when not scheduled and I’ve just had enough of saying it’s ok. Communication and consistency are not there. I recommend a different service after my time with this company. Original: Super easy to set up a time for my initial deep clean to get my place back to a good baseline cleanliness. The team arrived promptly, was super friendly (my dog loved them), and did a great job really getting all the areas I never think about. My place looks and smells so good now. It feels like a new home! Excited to have regular service with them now!

We called Professional Clean Touch to clean our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home before we hosted 80 people and they did not disappoint. It was the best my house has looked since we moved in! They were punctual, detailed and very fair pricing. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need a big cleaning done.

Two people showed up on time and got right to work on my deep clean service. I’m so happy that I engaged them for the service. Totally worth the investment. All the things that I haven’t wanted to clean, they took care of. Slight language barrier, but nothing we couldn’t overcome. Those two people worked constantly for the entire time they were paid.

I had my house deep cleaned today and all I can say is WOW! The team spent their time meticulously getting every nook and cranny there was! They cleaned things I figured they wouldn’t do, but I was wrong. When I walked in the house, everything sparkled and smelled so fresh and clean. They even moved the furniture. It is show ready! I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be calling them back for maintenance cleanings.
