Terrible! They will take all your personal information and it will go nowhere. Tried to contact for services. Texted pictures of the property as instructed. Heard back from a Travis but then couldn’t reach him after his generic message. Called and spoke to someone at their corporate office and they gathered more personal information and said someone would be getting back to me. Nobody got back to me. I called the corporate info like just now and spoke to Ashley to delete my personal info from their database and after explaining the situation she hung up on me.

I’m leaving a review on Kevin and Grace’s cleaning website, because they don’t have a google listing for their america house cleaning association website. I asked some very simple questions, that were not offensive in any way. However, they did not like the questions we were asking about their association, so they just deleted us as a member on their Facebook group, they didn’t like the discussion we suppose, and blocked us as a professional friend. While we aren’t reviewing their cleaning services, we are reviewing your businesses and association as a whole. I’m leaving this review, because it’s a bit odd to me how defensive the owners of this company became. We don’t know why Kevin and Grace took the actions they did, because they didn’t explain them, and that’s why we are posting this review to their cleaning website. We are very disappointed in their actions as cleaning business owner and association owners. They shouldn’t block others, just because they don’t want to have the conversation, but rather accept having healthy conversations. This is why I give Handmaid and theahca. org a 1 star review.
