These guys are the best trouble shooters I have ever delt with when it comes to steam cleaners . They not only figured out what was wrong and got me going faster and cheaper than the estimate they yook the time to show how it happened in the first place and how to fix the issue permanently.

Scotty took great care of our power washer when our pump went out and helped us out with our warranty. We had wonderful customer service and with his proactive ordering of parts he got our maintenance team back out power washing in a quick manner.

I took a off brand heated pressure washer to Scott and he jumped right on the job and was more than willing to work on it that actually ended up not having any problem he called me and said come get with no cost great place to work with highly recommend!

Stopped in to drop off my power washer for repair. The gentleman took the time to hook the power washer up to see what exactly could be wrong and if it was worth repairing or not. He found it was a simple fix and sent me on my way at no charge !!! Very kind and nice gentleman and very smart at his job. Only place to take your power washers, etc. for repair or if you need to purchase a new one. Customer service is definitely 10 stars.

It was my lucky day today! I needed to adapt a pressure washer wand to a different style hose and NOBODY had the adapter fitting I needed. After going to two different hose companies, It was suggested that I try Hotsy. Boy, am I glad I did! The guys scoured their fittings both used and new and got me set up with what I needed……… at NO charge! It has to have been 23.5 years since I found a company like this! Knowledgeable and anxious to help an old guy out! Thank you both very much!
