We contacted Miracle Maids to do a deep move in clean and carpet clean after reading other positive reviews here on Google. I’m so glad we did! They did a great job getting the home ready for our family. It was a smooth experience from the first phone call, to the text reminders, to the friendly team who cleaned our house. We will be reaching out to set up a regular clean once we are settled in. Thanks!

We love having the Miracle Maids come to our house! With a busy toddler, we struggle to keep up on the house, but they make it so nice to come home to a fresh house. Every job is done thoroughly and they go every extra mile they can. We are so incredibly grateful for them!

The actual cleaning service was good, some dusting spots missed but overall I was happy with what I saw. However, their business practice was definitely a miss. I booked a move out/ deep cleaning which included their general scope of work plus some additional tasks such as cleaning the oven and fridge. I was at work the day the cleaning happened but my husband who was there had informed me that one of the employees stated that the additional tasks would be an extra cost. I was confused because that was not stated on their website nor their terms and conditions. Ended up in this back and forth convo with one of the employees, Joseph about how it’ll cost extra, the website isn’t updated, and if the cleaners can get it done within the allotted time, it’ll be free and if they go overtime, it’ll cost extra. I was not happy with this response and had to really put my foot down to receive the services I paid for and expected. I let them know that them not updating their website should not fall onto the consumer and would not have booked it if I had known prior that they would not honor the full service that is so clearly listed on their website. It eventually ended with “we’ll waive this fee for the one time” which made it seem like they’re doing me a favor although it’s the service that I paid for. It looks like they’ve updated their website which is great but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and ruined the experience which I was excited about . I would not book them again but advise others who do, to read the fine print and to not be afraid to stay firm to receive the services you paid for.

If you’re looking for someone to do your housework, Miracle Maids are the best. I’ve been using them for over ten years now. Initially, I gave them a call and they came out and gave me a quote. It’s very easy to schedule with them. I have a standing appointment where they show up every other Friday. Their cleaning pros are fast, very pleasant and polite to talk to. They come in and do a really good job. I highly recommend this company, and the owners are adorable.

3 Miracle Maids came today, right on time, and did an amazing job. They were done in about an hour and a half and everything was sparkling clean and fresh smelling. I’m very happy with them.

Miracle Maids do a great job in an efficient amount of time. The customer service is great if you need any scheduling changes, and I think the service is a good value.
