The guys that came to our house did a great job! They were professional and courteous. They even took extra time to ensure the baby birds in our ferns were in the shade and out of harms way while they cleaned our front porch. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.

I have used LBL Softwash several times now to wash my house and deck. They do a great job and are very thorough. I also like that they communicate very well. They show up as scheduled and on time. They also are very careful – they checked a birds nest on my house, to be sure it was empty, before washing that area. Great attention to detail. I will definitely use them again.

The house looked great after the wash and the estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did agree to having the crew blow/wash off a corner of our roof that collects branches and debris and that was not done as promised, but, otherwise, a good experience.

Mostly okay. Left a couple places on deck with mold that I had to clean myself. Had 2 planter boxes on deck with geraniums in bloom that they wet down but still were damaged and all leaves fell off as well as blooms. Had to remove and planted new flowers. 3 barberry bushes and 2 butterfly bushes in full bloom got leaves burned from bleach and had to be cut away. Watching some Loropetalum that are getting some yellow burned leaves, too. Guys seemed in a hurry.
