Beware! Possible SCAM!! I set up service with Patricia prior to my move-in and granted access via my door code. The night before my items were scheduled to arrive, I went to the house to find that there had been NO cleaning service performed. To be clear, this was not poor service but no service! I called and sent texts and no response. I had to move into a dirty house with a family of 5, including a crawling infant on dirty floors! Now, my boxes are in the way, and I can’t call in a new company yet. I’ve had to clean on my own after a particularly tough move on a knee injury. I needed them to do this service! I had to contact my bank regarding the full pre-payment and will be contacting the BBB to report.

I had a wonderful experience with my first house cleaning appointment with APS Home Cleaning Services! As soon as they got to my home, they provided me with a rundown of what was included in the home cleaning service option that I’d selected; they made sure to answer any questions that I had in depth. They were friendly, courteous and kind to me and each of the members of my family. The cleaning process went exactly the way it was described to me. The team was attentive and meticulous. Even though it’s been a few hours now since the APS home cleaning service team left…I’m still finding small touches that they added, and it just blows me away. This hasn’t been my experience with some other companies in the past, usually I end up finding things that were missed – that was NOT the case with this company. APS surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely call on them again for my future house cleaning needs. Thank you so much!

This is a very good cleaning company. I called to have my house cleaned before I moved into it and they responded very quickly. They showed up the same day and got right to work. They made sure every area of the house was clean. I would recommend this cleaning company for any type of cleaning you need done.
