Heavens Best Carpet showed up on time, and returned our carpet ahead of scheduled. When they brought our carpet back they moved furniture to lay it back down. The rugs looked a lot better and we were well satisfied.

Outstanding job and customer service. Three rugs needing to be cleaned from pet stains. Victor went the extra mile to ensure they came out perfect. Some required special tecniques as the colors would run, he has the knowledge and special equipment to ensure rugs came out beatifully and undamaged. He kept us apprised of the status of each along the way. I highly recommend Heavens Best and will use them again.
