Poor customer service, frequent last minute cancellations, high turnover, maids constantly on the phone. I finally switched to another company.

I hired maids prime to do a move out clean for me. The place was in shambles after I had moved and it most definitely needed a deep clean after three years of living in the same unit. They were there early and they spent three hours completely cleaning every surface of that apartment. I wasn’t there for the clean, but when I went back to do my final walk-through I saw it and even my property manager said what an unbelievable job they did. She said that she had never seen a unit so clean at a move out inspection. I also had an arrival time of 2 to 5 PM. That was a huge gap and I had a million other things to do that day. I reached out to the email and they stayed in contact with me until the maids arrived. I think it’s took them 10 to 15 minutes to respond to me when I asked if they had a better estimate on when they would be there. I will absolutely be using them again for my new house.

We ve just moved into our new home . It was very dusty and needed really deep cleaning. We got “ detailed cleaning “ service . Overall i m so happy with the work done ! From booking to the finish it was very easy & smooth . I will be definitely hiring them again

I’ve had maids prime clean my house for over two years now. Very happy with the service. The office staff is responsive by phone or email if I have a question or need to reschedule. On-line account is a bonus. I’ve also used them for move outs and as one-time gifts for family. Very flexible with scheduling, very reasonable pricing.
