This is my Second time using this company to clean my carpets. I am never disappointed. They are very professional, caring, and they go above and beyond. I have used a lot of cleaning companies, but by far this is the best!

It was super easy to make an appointment with them. Quick to respond and give me an estimate. Affordable and great work. Great communication between the appt and reminders. The guy that showed up was friendly and very polite. He did a great job with the entire carpet upstairs. Highly recommend.

I asked around on FB for suggestions on a reliable carpet cleaning service. Dr. Spot came highly recommended. I’m so glad I called them. They were polite, friendly, hard-working, arrived on time & charged half of what every other company quoted me. They did an amazing job on the entire house full of carpet (with two children and a puppy.) I highly recommend this company and I’m so thankful to the folks that recommended them to me. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.

I called Dr. Spot to help me clean carpet after my tenant’s dog had his way with the carpet. I appreciated so much that the technician was honest and let me know that it was impossible to clean the smell out of the carpet. He helped me with purchasing and installing new carpet for that area then cleaned the rest of the carpet. The carpet they cleaned now looks brand new and smells great. The new carpet matches and looks great. Dr. Spot is highly recommended for professionalism, honesty and value.

The Service Tech was professional, detailed, and prompt. My carpet had red stains that I assumed were permanent but he was able to remove them. I refuse to use any other company for my carpet cleaning needs. I’m extremely pleased with the results!

Jeff did an outstanding job. I having been shopping for floors and haven’t been able to make my mind up. He bought me more time to figure out what I would like by coloring my nasty looking grout and cleaning carpets. I would definitely recommend and give Dr Spot two 👍 up! Great experience and I am not the easiest when it comes to customer service expectations. Thank you for a job well done. I will be using them going forward!!!
