Had the ducts ‘cleaned’ last week and am still struggling to get the house cleaned after the explosion of filth. Sand, grit, bits of sheetrock are everywhere. I had to wash all bedding, towels too b/c they were covered. The furniture, floors and shutters were the worst. I found filth in one of the toasters. WHY didn’t they warn us so that we could have covered furniture and put things away in closets and cabinets?! Instead, every single thing has had to get cleaned. It is 5 days later and I’m still doing laundry. It has been a nightmare. The tech was nice and polite, and the company has been ok with carpet cleaning. So, that is why the 2 stars.

I only gave this business two stars because the guy I dealt with was very nice. However, with all the other local competitors out there I will never be using zero rez again. I was expecting my house to smell good after receiving carpet cleaning through my whole house. It did not smell good or have any smell at all. In fact one area of my lower level smelt like mildew after I came home. My tech ensured me it would only take about 45 minutes from the time he walked in my house. For 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 1.5 flights of stairs I thought for sure this would take a little more time in order to give a good thorough cleaning. I thought that was weird how fast it was. He did do a urine treatment on our lower level for an extra charge, but my whole house did not look or feel as clean as I’d hoped. It looked pretty much the same. He explained the high traffic areas weren’t going to look much different because they had been that way for some time. My carpets are only 3 years old so I was maybe expecting they’d look great after a cleaning. Sorry for the long story, but I do not recommend this company. Better off going to coconut or citrus cleaning.

It’s sad to have a bait and switch campaign. 3 rooms for $33 each, and a 4th room free- then $65 for stairs, (won’t count them as a room) then a $25 service fee. So for 2 bedrooms and 13 stairs they quoted $189. Have used them in the past and was satisfied with the quality. Carpet is less than a year old. Very good condition- no stains or spots- was just wanting to clean between tenants.

Zerores uses water as a cleaning agent. How can it clean oils and similar particles with just water? They need to use something more to completely clean the carpet. My carpet was not completely clean. I took a white towel and rubbed it over my carpet for a test because they didn’t look clean. My carpet still had dirt on it. Honestly if I had know their cleaning agent was just water I would not have agreed to let my husband hire Zerorez.

Booked a carpet cleaning 5 weeks out (it was their soonest available appt.) to get our carpets cleaned the day before we had a new couch delivered. After the 5 week wait (the day before the new couch came), they called the day of and cancelled. Luckily found another company to come same day, but we paid a premium for it.

“Zero Carpet cleaning” because they charge you $300 with ZERO difference!! Showing me “NON GUARANTEE topical treatment” on my RECEIPT with ZERO mention of that at any point. SCAMMERS!!!

Great service and respectful employee. However buyer beware, the MicroSeal product does not help with future carpet accidents. I was told it was a water tight coating. It is not. Stains still happen and they aren’t any easier to clean.

Since when does a carpet cleaning for a whole home take 30 minutes. It doesn’t. We had stains that we needed extra attention and care taken of. Didn’t happen not pleased at all.

Unquestionably the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere in the past ten years. Remember the “cable guy” of folklore? Zerorez makes him look outstanding. Zerorez will be happy to schedule you, then leave you waiting all day, without any communication, and call at 5:00 pm asking to reschedule for the following week.
