Did a great job, was quick, and priced far better than their other local competitors. We have a couple of rental homes, and use carpet cleanersevery time we have a changeover.

Cleaned several areas and feel no soap was used, stains were left and were easily lifted by me with a rag and dish soap. Carpets looked worse than once they were “cleaned” by Mike. Not worth the money thrown away. He said since I rent it shouldn’t matter but it does! Why would you hire someone of you didn’t or shouldn’t care? Go elsewhere

I am a person who has numerous properties throughout the valley and have used many carpet cleaning companies and this was the worst one yet! Do not hire them to clean your carpets! They will not be any cleaner and you will have $200 less in your pocket! Mike will argue with you over everything! Customer service is horrible! As for the cleaning, he was there for 45 minutes to clean 5 areas. I asked him to leave the rug in the driveway and he left it on the grass, so when I got home it was covered in bugs. None of the edges were done. Carpets still had stains and throw up on them! Don’t waste your time or money!

Oh my! They saved my carpets. They were amazing to work with, easy, and time efficient. Highly recommend! My husband and I bought a place and the basement carpet had multiple stains. Most gave me the idea that we would need new carpets one day. Dream Steam got ALL of the stains out. AMAZING!

Personable and did a good job overall. Did not clean in two door entryways and did no clean carpet along baseboards. I will have to redo.

O had to reschedule a few times due to illness, but he was patient and kept rescheduling with me. Great crew! Loved chatting with them. Appreciated the advice, and we will definitely use them again. Thanks for a great job!
