We hired them to clean our townhouse before renters moved in. They did an excellent job. We have a lab who sheds a lot and you couldn’t even tell he had ever been there. They didn’t charge us over the quote we had received despite working a bit longer than they had scheduled.

We had clean freak clean out my parents house!! It was an amazing experience. They were so amazing. They did a great job and even cleaned things I didn’t even tell them to clean. I recommend them 10 out of 10. They are the best cleaning company around by far. Amanda the owner answered all my question she was in constant communication with me about time they would be there and after they were finished. The are outstanding!!

Glad I did… if you think you do a good enough job with your weekly cleanings, and don’t need a deep clean, think again! They knocked it out of the park and left the house spotless. Got all of those spots that are often hard to get and easy to overlook, very pleased!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DO NOT CLEAN: Be forewarned they will lie, leave bad reviews when you stop doing services with them, and over charge you like crazy on random fees that they will not disclose upfront. We discontinued your services due to extreme dishonesty and lack of trust. They felt the need to lie/slander our name and employees all over the internet. (To which they unfortunately have a reputation of doing in the valley) They failed to show up on SEVERAL occasions while continuing to charge us. They then charged “late” charges to invoices we had already paid, to which we ended up paying just to discontinue services with them. We have cameras and it shows clearly no one came on occasions they claimed to have cleaned.

I don’t normally right “karen reviews” but this company needs a warning label! DON’T HIRE. They were dishonest and took complete advantage. We hired them for a local small business and they started out okay but took a long time to do a simple surface clean, calling it a “deep clean” and overcharging for it. They didn’t clean SEVERAL very obvious places (to which there should have been no excuse). They then started charging without cleaning AT ALL. We changed our security codes and instead of calling, they charged a couple times as if they were cleaning the place (to which they weren’t coming at all). Terrible experience.

I’m sorry, but I didn’t like this cleaning service, they left my bathroom full of hair. the mirrors all dirty dusty the bathroom smeared with soap I give him 0

We did quite a lot of research online, and then gave Clean Freak a try. Amanda came out to our house, went over our expectations, and was even ok using our cleaners and tools (vacuum, mop, rags, chemicals, etc.). Maria is the Clean Freak employee that cleans our house, and she is incredible! I have NEVER had anyone do the job as perfectly as she does. She truly cares about her work, about what it means to the people whose homes she cleans, and she understands the impact she has on the lives of the people she cleans for. Maria is also excellent at ‘reading’ people; she knows I have OCD impulses when it comes to germs and cleanliness, and she figured that out without me having to say anything. It means a lot to me that she cares about how I feel about cleaning, I’ve never experienced that before with home service providers. Maria is also friendly, and our dog (Tia) loves her – and let me tell you, Tia doesn’t love everyone lol. We trust Maria, and we appreciate everything she does. Clean Freak is a great company that employs valuable people, and we even have the ease of paying through Venmo which is much easier for us. I recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and trustworthy company.
