I have been a customer of The Cleaning Authority for over 7 years. For most of these years, Maria has been my housekeeper. Maria is the most fastidious cleaner and cares about my home and she is always very sweet with my two yellow labs. House guests always comment on how clean my home is, attention to details and the vacuum lines on any room with carpet are perfect! Scott, the owner is very responsive if I need to speak with him about anything. I highly recommend. Leslie

In the beginning things were good. The cleaners did a decent job and we were happy. Over the last few months the cleaning has gradually become worse. The cleaners completely skipped our showers for at least 4 cleanings in a row. They would clean the glass doors only and skip the rest of the shower. The cleaners would park in the driveway and we had to ask them to move a couple times in the past so we could pull one of our cars out to leave. However they would continue to park in the driveway. After being bothered by all of this for a while I finally called to inform them of these things and left a message, they never called me back. I called again a few days later and talked to a Tamara. She told me that she would let Scott know about my concerns. I was excited for the next cleaning, thinking that it would be the best one yet. It was the opposite, it was the worst cleaning we had ever seen. The showers were skipped once again and they parked in the driveway like normal. The cleaners stayed for only an hour and 15 minutes when it should be 2 hours and 30 minutes. I was shocked to have the worst cleaning ever after the phone call I had made a week earlier. I called to let them know and Tamara answered. She told me she put all of my requests in the notes. That’s cool, but did you or Scott actually talk to the cleaners? Did you reach out to them the day of our cleaning to remind them? Because they obviously didn’t get the memo! I asked for a refund or my next cleaning free. She said she would talk to Scott and get back to me. Does she actually talk to Scott? Does Scott not care? 5 days later and no return phone call. I just called and left a message that I want my account canceled. After thinking about the entire experience with this company, I realized that never once did they reach out asking for feedback or if we were happy with the service. It is clear that this business is not focused on customer satisfaction and improvement. Just sign up as many accounts as they can and then overtime the service gets worse and worse. I guess they don’t care? They will just find a new customer I guess and move on. I do not recommend this company!

The cleaning authority has been an amazing company to work with! They have been cleaning my house in sandy for a few months now and they have done a spectacular job! I love coming home to a spotless house after the cleaners come!
