Their teams of four are always efficient, personable, reliable, and thorough. Special kudos go to Sophia, Amy, Christina, and Chloe, who know our residence well and need no consultations or help keeping our baths, counters, furniture, rugs, and tile floors clean. Mini Maid has been cleaning our house twice/month for >6 months. They were the third service we tried in the Gainesville area and are by FAR the best and most reliable. They do a very thorough cleaning each time, even on weeks where our family is busy and didn’t have time to pick up beforehand. on a recent service i told them they could skip one of the rooms because it was too much of a mess for them to get in there and clean, and when I came home they had done it anyway. things like that are always appreciated. I also have found it easy to communicate with their front office and always get prompt responses over email. Highly recommend.
