Upfront did such a fantastic job. We had a large pet issue compounded by a water issue when a window was left open. They were so quick to get someone out for an estimate and were able to get it all remediated the same afternoon. I highly recommend them and our tech, Phillip. Cannot thank them enough.

We had our carpet cleaned about a year ago by this company. The gentleman that came was very nice. He cleaned the carpets and the couches. The next day I noticed the kids bedrooms had a smell to them. I called them back and they sent someone out to treat the carpet again. The carpet still had a smell to it but it wasn’t as bad so we left it as is and put box fans up to help dry it out faster. Maybe a month later we noticed the stains they had treated were coming back through the carpet again so it looks as if they were never cleaned. I can’t give a bad review because the man that kept coming out was so sweet and helpful but maybe the chemicals they used were not that great. Anyways I was quoted $250 and ended up spending close to $800 by the time they left my house. I hope everyone else has had a better outcome with their carpet and upholstery cleaning. This is the right company (my name has changed since then)

Ralph was great! He was able to point out some spots needing attention! I was very appreciative that he was able to come out in short notice on a Sunday afternoon. The carpet looks amazing! He was professional, informative, punctual and courteous! I totally recommend UpFront and Ralph!

After paying over $400 to revive our rug, or at least attempt to, it seems we unraveled it to only have small fine debris fall off of the backing, which isn’t a big deal, vacuuming took care of it. But when we took a closer look, it seems that all we received was a surface level cleaning and the rug seemed to be worse off. After brushing it quite a bit, you could feel soapy residue lingering beneath our feet and atop our hands. Every step off of the rug, seemingly sticky. Not to mention a closer look at the root of our rug fibers – tons of debris was still present, I only wish I was exaggerating. We chose multiple random areas to review and it was clear as day. The photo that’s referenced, is the one we chose because it was an area closest to the easiest part of the rug to clean, right at the edge. The second image, is what the rug should look like when properly cleaned and to its original state on the left. The right side is visibly matted. One star, mainly because the company was willing to work with me on pricing and delivery scheduling. However, be wary that the price over the phone does not reflect the additional up-charges you could be deeply persuaded to purchase, when it comes time for their pickup team to assess the item in person. I honestly had high hopes for this two week process and was looking forward to being a loyal customer.
