We recently tried Natural Nest for the first time and had an exceptional experience! We chose the luxe clean option and were thoroughly impressed with the results. With dogs that have compromised immune systems and my own sensitivity to many conventional cleaning products, it’s been challenging to find a company that prioritizes non-toxic and safe cleaning solutions. I’ve been searching for the right replacement for my usual cleaner, who I was using for a while even though her work was mediocre. She cut corners and I often found areas she missed. I decided to give Natural Nest a try and I can say I’m so glad I made the switch! They covered all the places that seemed to have been overlooked by my previous cleaner. Their team was thorough, polite, and left the house looking and smelling great! Yes, they cost a little more than my previous cleaner, but the quality of their work convinces me that they’re worth it. I’ll book again!

We own an extremely busy whiskey distillery, bar, and event space in historic downtown Wiley. To my knowledge it hadn’t been deep cleaned in the last five years. To say that it was overdue for a deep cleaning is an understatement. For that reason it was imperative that we found the right company that would take the time and effort to take on such a huge undertaking. We interviewed 4 companies and chose Natural Nest because of their professionalism from start to finish in the initial consultation phase. Not only did they take extreme measures in their intricate cleaning process but they also used clean, toxic free, and environmentally friendly cleaning products that they produced themselves! We were all extremely impressed with their company from start to finish. Their employees were highly professional, their communication process was succinct, and their results were the best I’ve seen in all my years in the public service industry. I would recommend Natural Nest to any business or private residence that cares about the well being of their customers and/or family. I’ve already scheduled them to clean my house and my elderly parents house. Finally, a company that cares about the details and good old fashioned customer service. Thank you Natural Nest!

I have a household of four dogs and two cats, and finding a house cleaning service that understands the importance of pet-safe products was very important to me. One of my dogs has severe allergies, and our vet stressed chemical free cleaning products, especially for our floors, as the chemicals can absorb into their skin and exacerbate the problem. When I first called Natural Nest, the receptionist was very helpful, and not only reassured me about their use of pet-safe products, but also took the extra step to email me a list of the floor cleaners with the ingredients listed, and their Environmental Working Group ratings. This allowed me to do my own research and confirm they were safe for my animals. I’ve now joined their membership for bi-weekly services, which I am happy with. Their HEPA vacuums are a game-changer, especially for a pet-heavy home like mine. These vacuums do a great job of cleaning the pet hair and dander, which is not just good for cleanliness, but also for allergies. The difference in my home is noticeable – cleaner air, spotless floors, and the relief knowing that the products for the floor are safe and non-irritating. Had Natural Nest House Cleaning over last week and wow, they were impressive. The crew arrived right on time, super courteous, and they brought their own natural cleaning products, which is a huge deal for me since I’m trying to avoid harsh chemicals for health reasons. They covered every inch of my place, leaving it sparkling and smelling fresh. What really caught my attention was their commitment to using natural cleaning products. It’s rare to find a cleaning service that avoids the usual harsh chemicals, so this was a big plus. They even shared some helpful tips on how to keep my home clean and healthy the natural way.
