Best company! I’m a local Realtor and my clients use Pearwood pretty often. I’ve been recommending them for about 7 years now. They also clean at my own home here and there for a little refresh. Today I reached out to Charlie in the early afternoon and he was able to come within several hours. We’ve been dealing with the tummy bug from my son and on top of all the laundry I didn’t want to shampoo the rug as well. One room leads to many…and then to a backache. lol. Decided to pay to do the whole house to freshen up. With all the stress of Christmas just being over 2 days ago, it’s nice to know the rugs are clean. Pricing is super reasonable. Fantastic customer service. I kept having to reschedule at the last minute because of my own issues and they were super gracious and accommodating. When I was finally ready, they came in and did an amazing job on both our carpet and tile floors.

Edit: Used PCC again and all rugs came back perfect. They were clean and dry, and the price is the best around. Was very surprised when I got my rug back. Charlie seems like the local professional, but our area rug came back smelling like mildew and sprinkled with little leaves. It’s also sticky to the touch. I’m not sure this was dried correctly. The runner rug came back fine, though, not sure what happened.

He isn’t even done cleaning and he has made a world of difference in our space. The couches are spectacular, I don’t expect the carpet to be anything short of fantastic! Give him a call!

Couldn’t be more satisfied had a couple of juice spills on my Ivory colored couch due to having a toddler who loves juice. Happy to say I love my couch all over again just without the stains this time Charles did an amazing job!
