I appreciate this company accepting my booking on such short notice yesterday. I wanted to surprise my husband before getting home, as well as prepare for family members coming over that were affected by the Hurricane.The ladies were also nice as well. However, they washed dishes and left them piled in the sink, as well as left dirty pots and pans on the stove without so much as even asking if they could clean and remove them. I told her that she could put the dishes in the dishwasher as it was cleared and empty, but she still did not and mentioned something about they don’t touch items on the stove. I do not want to see a pile of dishes in the sink once the kitchen has been cleaned. I think it’s unsanitary for clean dishes to sit in a sink even if the sink has been “cleaned”. Also, my husband just noticed that the rug by the back door was not removed to be swept or mopped, and still had accumulated leaves and dirt under it. I wasn’t able to properly monitor everything that they done before leaving because I was busy keeping two small children occupied and out of their way, but I trusted that they would do a thorough job, and was disappointed. It sees as though they were in a rush to leave. This is the second time using this service and having an issue, and now my husband is unlikely open to us booking this service again.

Price was fair, cleaning service was pretty good but not the best. Ordered move out cleaning services for a 3 story house and it looked like one of the floors wasn’t given as much attention as the other two. Overall not bad

Used this company after we moved out of our rental home, and they did an amazing job. The price for a deep cleaning was a few hundred dollars, which was totally worth not having to spend two entire days deep cleaning our home. They got every single nook and I could think of! Would definitely recommend for a house cleaning when you move out!

UPDATE: I’m really disappointed that I have to lower my rating, but my laminate floors were damaged after the cleaning. They called and said it was not their fault and that was that. Sadly I won’t be using this company anymore if they can’t even provide compensation for the damage and just say “we didn’t do it”. The two ladies who came did an excellent job and made my house spotless. When I noticed a few spots missed and called the office, they were so quick to fix it. They were very friendly as well.
