Elizabeth Cruz is amazing! She is absolutely reliable! When she is finished with a room it sparkles! She comes and gets to work! No dilly dallying. She works hard and is very thorough. Honest and kind. She is a great Mom, so having the ability to set jobs at times that she will be available to her kids is really great! We love Elizabeth – our dog does too!

I had my service booked with White Glove Maid Services in December last year 2023. It was the worst decision I have ever made. They took my credit card number upfront while booking the services. They sent 2 ladies; I believe they both spoke Spanish and English. They took their own sweet time for not doing their job. I booked for Basic Cleaning. My house was a new house with 5 bedrooms and was recently purchased not even a year is completed and it just needs mild cleaning, no heavy scrubbing is required anywhere in the house. I requested only cleaning for Living Room, Study Area and 4 bedrooms as the other bedroom was not been used by us. They came around 11 AM in the morning and was typically cleaning till evening 6 PM for providing me a worst cleaning experience. In meanwhile, one of the cleaning ladies who mostly spoke Spanish showed such an idiotic attitude and was so rude to me. I want to literally state one by one what the worst cleaning service they performed. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping: As per package they are supposed to vacuum, sweep and mop the entire house. That Spanish lady was complaining that this house is too large to sweep and mop. She did only partial sweeping and moping, when asked to completely do the work she was lying that she did clean all the areas, when I pointed out the areas which was not swept and moped with dust she then pretended to mop and sweep in the manner the floor might hurt if she does her job well. In downstairs rooms (2 Rooms)- 1 room she dint vacuum and lied to me she did which I noticed after they left. In upstairs in Game Room the other lady finished vacuuming and told me to check when I checked there where literally Hair Bunches in the carpet and tiny visible paper bits in the carpet. I pointed that out to her and she casually said ‘oh is it’ and took them using her hands. It literally meant that particular area was not vacuumed. Dusting baseboards, windowsills, light fixtures, and blinds: Dusting baseboards, Windowsills & Blinds: Maids did not dust the baseboards it was left with dust. When I mentioned about that, they said as per the plan will only dust the baseboards and if the dust goes then, it is fine, if not we will not do any deep cleaning. As I mentioned my house was a new house only had mild dirt’s, just by dusting those dirt’s would have gone. In the stair base board also, they never dusted. They never cleaned the blinds the dust was just sticking all over the blinds. When asked, the lady said that’s how much I can clean, if you need it to be perfect clean then you should order for Spring cleaning or Deep Cleaning. Light fixtures: Light Fixtures except the Living room was not cleaned anywhere else in the house. My Dining area, Study, Bedrooms and Entrance Walk Way was not cleaned. KITCHEN Cleaning countertops and kitchen sink: Countertops, Sink, Iron Grill, Silver Stove nothing was cleaned. My Iron Grill and Kitchen Silver Vent on top was greased with oil and dirt and they dint clean it even after me asking, they simply said it was not part of package. It was just a mess that Spanish speaking lady did not do any cleaning there but just lied that she cleaned. They just sucked my energy with worst service, attitude and lies. BATHROOM Wiping out showers and tubs – The did not clean the tubs in my Downstairs Guest Bathroom, Master Bathroom and in my upstairs bathroom. They only cleaned the shower in the master bathroom. Disinfecting toilets, Cleaning the sink, countertops, and mirrors: The toilets, Sink, Countertops and mirror in Guest Bathroom and Upstairs Bathroom was not cleaned and when I asked them to clean, they took their own time but did not do any cleaning in the upstairs bathroom. They finally left telling it is getting too late for them. At the time of booking the person who booked my service told the maids will be there until they complete their job as per the list and check with the owner for their satisfaction. But as I stated above these 2 ladies never cared for doing their job nor for asking to check the cleanliness.
