I reached out to MaidLuxe as I have listed my home in the Woodland Heights area for sale and it needed a good deep clean. I had read good things on NextDoor, and came here to echo all the other positive reviews! I have two cats and appreciated that they were pet-friendly. April was helpful in assessing my needs, and the three ladies that worked on my home were prompt, kind, and thorough, and very patient with my “spicy” kitty! My place is shining, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I found MaidLuxe by searching for services near the woodland heights area. I needed a move out clean and unfortunately I’m awaiting hip replacement surgery so I couldn’t help in anyway. April set me up with two excellent young women who were incredibly hard working, polite and kind. They made the fans, baseboards, door frames, refrigerator and freezer spotless. They even unloaded my pantry and threw everything away for me. That’s not something they were supposed to do. They did that out the kindness of their heart and it means a lot. Obviously I can’t recommend this service to enough. The best part is the price. It’s shockingly reasonable which frees you up to really thank the workers with your tip. So if you need a cleaning service in Houston this is way to go. Trust me.

We just started using MaidLuxe a couple of months ago as we recently moved to the area, and we have had an absolutely fantastic experience thus far! April is so kind, responsive, and accommodating, I have really enjoyed working with her. I submitted a consultation request one evening shortly after moving in and she called me the next morning and immediately went through a ten minute phone consultation to determine our needs and get us scheduled for a bi-weekly cleaning. We have had both Patricia and Trulie clean our apartment and they have both done such an amazing job! They are so hard working, thorough and leave our home absolutely spotless. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their careful handling of our belongings; for example, we have a glass bar cart that gets dusty and they always are able to clean every inch and put each item back exactly where I left it! Not an easy task. Yesterday, my dog was at home during a cleaning for the first time as I wasn’t able to bring her to daycare, and Trulie left a lovely note letting me know that Addie was a good girl, which was such a nice touch and very appreciated! Trying a new service of any kind is always a little nerve wracking, but I can truly say MaidLuxe is the best cleaning service I have ever had, due to how reliable and thorough they are. I’m so grateful we found MaidLuxe and look forward to utilizing their services for as long as we remain in the Houston area! I strongly recommend MaidLuxe for cleaning services in the Houston area.

We’ve been using Maidluxe for a few months now and have been very impressed by their bi-weekly service. Raven has been doing a fantastic job keeping our house very clean. It’s really been great to not need to worry about having to clean. She’s always prompt and very thorough. She does a great job to paying attention to make sure to use the right cleaners on everything (ex. Bona for the wood floor).

Raven absolutely saved the day when we needed to find a new cleaning professional! She was so careful and handled every decorative item with care. She cleaned from top to bottom and everything sparkled when she left. We hope to work with her long term!

Erika did a fantastic job cleaning our house today! She was quick, efficient and so sweet. My dogs shed a lot and she was so thorough in getting all of their hair up! So thankful for her!!!
