The worse. If I could give negative stars I would. So unorganized and rude. Management is completely checked out and they don’t keep appointments as booked. Be ware of unilateral appointment changes that will cost you $50 if you do not spend all your free time looking for emails from them. They will show up on unconfirmed appointments they make for you (or not) and you either pay $50 or change your while day for them on the fly. Save yourself the trouble and book with a more reliable and organized business. After all, you need a cleaning service because you are busy. Who needs the extra work these people will create? Not me and likely not you. Updated after merchant response: As you can see from their response they are an unorganized mess. I have the right company in this review.

We had a great move in/move out cleaning experience with Mountain Tidy. It was so easy to book it yourself online and choose exactly what all you needed cleaned. They were quick to get back to me with any questions I had. The people who were moving into our house immediately told us it looked and smelled wonderful. We will definitely use Mountain Tidy again.

All of the employees and clients have always been very professional and continuously contribute to making it a great company!

I’ve been using Mountain Tidy for 3 years. They do an excellent job and are very reliable. They are also very accommodating to my schedule. Gina is very kind and professional and quickly responds to my emails and texts. I highly recommend Mountain Tidy.

I’ve been a customer of Mountain Tidy for a year. I always wait to leave a review because many times a cleaning company does well at first but then they don’t. I have been super impressed with the work done by Mountain Tidy. The assigned cleaner to my home – Madeline is the best but even if she isn’t available all of the cleaners have been amazing. They follow a check list and never miss a thing. I love all the attention to details too. Such as how they fold towels or the toilet paper. It shows that they care. They always show up on time , clean whether I am home or not and do great quick work. Also, a supervisor shows up toward the end of the cleaning to inspect the work and that too me makes this company a cut above! I am a raving fan.

Always on time and very detailed with each service that they provide!! I am very satisfied with their teamwork and my house is always cleaned very well at each time of our monthly service!! Thank you Mountain Tidy!!!! I highly recommend!

Very disappointing. Booked them for a recurring service and had to cancel my first cleaning. Did so within the the time they requested and got a snippy response. Anyway, rebooked for a week after and then got a confirmation for 3 days before my booking. I reached out and pointed out the booking mistake only to find out my original date was already booked. A few days later got a confirmation for the day I was told was completely booked! I had made other plans by then, so once again reached out and try to arrange for the following week. Got no response but on the day I was told I could not have a maid showed up at my door. Since I had already been told this day was not available I was charged $50 when the maid was sent away to come back on a date as per the requested schedule. Truly an inconvenience and not a good first impression. Cant tell you if they clean well as I permanently canceled all bookings and will be looking for a more reliable company with a sound booking experience. Update: Mountain tidy remains a no go. As per merchant’s response you will notice they will Book your time whenever they please, change it without your confirmation, and incorrectly follow written instructions only to charge you fees for services not rendered. I personally did request 1 appointment to be changed and it resulted in weeks of confusion and $50 fee for a service I had changed in writing. Go figure. Don’t waste your time and book with a more professional outfit.
