If after spending $350+ dollars for a one time cleaning, I am finding myself re-cleaning, clearly something is wrong (see pictures). Top positives I have is: 1 – Great sales representative team, very detailed and quick in response. They even helped meet our needs of quickly bringing a cleaning team here! 2 – The cleaners came on time, with a positive attitude to help clean our home! 3 – The owner personally called to ensure we were satisfied and due to concerns listed below, provided options on how to give a second chance. Top concerns I have is: 1 – only dry cleaning was done on our floors. So in the kitchen if I find dry tea or coffee stain, my expectation is they are cleaned up 2 – kitchen cabinet still had original oil stains above the microwave. my expectation would be they are cleaned, if in their check list this is checked off as done 3 – kitchen lamps still look dirty – my minimum expectation would be this is cleaned with a glass cleaner. 4 – windowsill – There are plant dry patches (which my expectation would be are wiped clean) If these were obvious items – I identified, I am not fully certain if the quality of the work is satisfying for me to carry on with this service at the moment. Bottomline – If its the first time I am requesting this service, my expectation should be exceeding not under-satisfactory. I don’t blame the 3 amazing ladies that came to clean up our home and I do appreciate their time.

Posted pre-pandemic. This is my initial cleaning with Maidpro. Ashley and Nicole are personable, professional and thorough! They worked together and separately through the checklist, stopping only to ask my preferences and to move from room to room. Our place looks great, smells great and feels great! Thank you so much. I look forward to next week. Update as of 7/5/2024: Samar has been our Pro for several weeks now and we could not be happier. It is difficult to start a new place yet she handled it like a Pro! She is personable, focused, efficient and willing to get a handle on weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning activities. All of our Pros have done well. We just wanted to welcome Samar. Thank you Samar and thank you MaidPro.

I highly recommend this company and the pros that came and cleaned our home. Ryleigh and Sam did an excellent job. They were on time and communicated with us while they were here when they had questions. They both were very professional, and friendly. We are looking forward to them coming again.
