As a retired designer, I might be hard to please…Chem-Dry SW has done a thorough and excellent job on fine upholstery and Persian carpets on two occasions. I recommend having your area rugs taken to their shop in Durango for a really careful and good, old school washing. The fine rugs of my parents turned out beautifully. I want to specifically shout out to Frank, who is professional, personable, and knowledgeable–thank you Frank, and Chem-Dry!

I had been out of town for 2 weeks to come back to a flooded kitchen. I unfortunately have carpet in the living room and the water had led into my living room. Noah from Chem Dry was on the spot when I called. If you need reliable, professional, and in a heart beat service, CALL NOAH!!!

Justin at Chem Dry did an excellent job on my carpet! He came to give an estimate and was able to actually complete the job the same day! He is a hard worker and really took care and pride in his job. I will definately request him in the future!

Noah, Isaia and his crew were amazing. Home water main leak into our crawl space. Massive amount of water. They came immediately and within 3 hours all the water was extracted and fans put in place. What a team working together. The entire area was a mess and it was cleaned when they left. They are full service so they can repair the sheet rock damage, paint and replace the carpet. So pleased I found them!

We also had a mattress cleaned after toddler sickness. It came out sparkling and smelling great. Brandon was professional, on time and explained each process. Will use again and definitely recommend.

This is my first time to use Chem-Dry of Southwest. They were fast and accommodating when trying to schedule my appointment. Brandon was my technician and he was courteous & professional. He did an exceptional job on my white sectional that had been well worn by my furry friends and my 2 legged friends as well. I’m very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.
