We have been using Paul at Steamrite for over 20 years! Besides doing great work, Paul is honest and fair and Trustworthy and dependable!!! We have used him for carpets, rugs, upholstery, and duct work.

I can’t tell you about their quality I can tell you that the owner cut me off while driving and argued that and then cut off another car and argued that he didn’t do that even though I watched him do it without a blinker and all he could do was yell and cuss at me.

I appreciate the professionalism of this carpet cleaner. He came into our rental property and informed me that the carpet 95% destroyed by pet waste. He showed me it under the black light and everything and suggested that I should just replace the carpet he didn’t charge me anything.

Would love to know why Paul hung up on my husband yesterday (11/18/22) while inquiring about cleaning our carpets and furniture. We can only guess that it was because we mentioned the Valpak coupon we had, and Paul didn’t think we were worth it. Paul, you may have wanted to let my husband ask why you can’t help us, before abruptly hanging up on him after saying, “I can’t help you”. We would have been happy to forgo the coupon and pay full price. And my husband was missing a room when you spoke, so it would have been 6 rooms at a larger square footage than originally quoted. You would have made out well with us as a customer. Not a good look for your business.

Wow! My furniture, carpet, area rugs & staircases look brand new! Even had an antique couch done for the first time in 50 years! It looks fabulous! Paul worked so hard on everything and got out pet stains and who knows what! Punctual, clean, good prices. Thanks!

Paul was professional, thorough, on time, and did a wonderful job on my stained and worn carpets. He even lowered the quote he had given over the phone when he saw that the carpeted rooms were smaller than he had thought they would be. Thank you Paul!
