The tech cleaned one of my rooms and when he was done with everything, he pointed out a few particular stains / spots that would not come out. I waited for the carpet to dry after a few hrs, I went in the room and wipe the stain right out with a Towel with just soap & water on it. it came out very easily. so I don’t know if he really put much effort into cleaning some areas or they don’t use very good chemicals. He also use my water hose to fill a large bucket with water and did not turn it off. I asked him was he done with the water? He said “yes for now “ and I’m thinking well for now , you need to turn my water off until you’re ready to use it again. He also use this big long, 4 x 4 hose that was attached to his van, and pulled it thru my house and up the stairs to clean. My front door had to cracked open for an hr. bc the hose is big and door won’t close. I’ve never seen that before. Also, they quoted one price over the phone and when the tech got here to assess the areas he was wanted to charge more Maybe this co. will work for someone else, but I seriously never have to use them again.

Great experience with Chem-Dry Brentwood. My sofa has a fabric blend of polyester and cotton, and had some water spots. My technician, (Curtis) took his time to figure out which solution blend was best for my sofa. He was right. Water spots are gone and my sofa looks brand new! I’ll make all of my future appointments with Curtis. My sofa looks beautiful! Thank you, Curtis!

Curtis did an excellent job. He applied a protectant to help prevent stains and dirt settling into the fabric I had my sofa, chairs and banquet benches treated. He took the extra step to spot clean any areas on my furniture before applying treatment. It was a joy to work with Curtis. I will definitely call again whenever I need furniture or carpets cleaned.

I tried Chem dry many years ago after using another company who couldn’t remove a stain. I was pleased that Chem dry not only removed the stain but made the rest of the carpeting look much better and didn’t leave my carpets as wet. I selected them again this time because of my previous good results. They successfully removed a very strong dog odor from a room that had housed two large German Shepards. The technician was friendly and efficient. He finished three rooms under 30 minutes. Carpets look and smell much better.
