Natalie started off very professional, until it turned sour. When it came to payment, I was demanded to pay by cash the same day (this was not discussed). This was a rental cleaning, so invoices and receipts are necessary for tax reasons. I was considered a “huge inconvenience”. When the property was check later, it was not totally cleaned. The original rate of $300 was then changed to $350 once they “finished”. I didn’t realize I was paying $50 extra for attitude and an incomplete job. I have worked with dozens of cleaners and this was the worst experience I’ve had. I would make sure you have everything in writing before agreeing to any services.

Canceled on me a day before she was supposed to clean my house. I had to text her to confirm and she said she wouldn’t be able to do it. Very very unprofessional would not recommend her to anyone.

The most efficient and friendly cleaning service I’ve seen. Managed to clean things I deemed impossible to come clean within minutes. Immensely polite and well mannered. Works diligently while remaining exceedingly professional that it’s astounding. And doesn’t leave without making sure the customer is well taken care of and satisfied. I’m very happy with the service and the fact they ask you if you would like or need anything else cleaned before leaving even after a deep clean! 10/10 Highly recommend.
