great job on my carpets.This method is the way to go-so much better than other carpet cleanings I have had. Three nice,polite young men showed up and went to work in three different areas of my house so they were done quickly. I will use Xtrax in the future and highly recommend them.

Wow- just wow, where do I begin? On Tues of last week I went down the “google recommendation list” of area rug /carpet cleaning companies & I found Xtrax! I called & Keith immediately answered… YES a REAL person! No Long wait times and an appointment right away! I explained how I was “duped” on FB Marketplace with an area rug that was a lot worse than what the person told me when buying. After I brought it home, unrolled it, and opened it up, I was hit with that dreadful smell of HEAVY pet urine. II explained to Keith that I panicked as I just spent tons on this beautiful 7×10 area rug and didn’t want to throw it out. He reassured me that although it may take more then one treatment -they were confident it would be back to good as new in no time! Here’s the best part- besides their confidence in removing the stench, he also offered a quick service! It was after hours but he said IF I was able to transport it myself (they do offer a pickup and drop off service in the valley for a small fee) then I could use their keypad and drop it right off to their shop whether he was there or not. I wanted to get a move on it quick-they were super easy to find (on the right at the bottom of signal mnt) and the keypad worked super easy! And get this- my rug was clean, sanitized, and completed by Friday (less than three days)!!!! I paid the invoice that was sent to my email online AND I went back after hours, used the keypad and picked up my rug myself! It was unbelievably convenient , FAST, & incredibly effective! The rug smelled like pretty daffodils swaying in the wind…haha… well maybe not daffodils but hopefully you get the picture! Clean and perfect! Ty on many levels Xtrax-You rock!

Javin and Dakota were as pleasant as could be and did a wonderful job on everything. We had carpeting and rugs done and everything came out clean but also dry, as was quoted. They arrived early and had everything done quickly. Would use again and would recommend.

Keith and his workers were great! They were on time, friendly and professional. My couch looks great, and my carpet too. I have lots of grandkids and it gives me piece of mind to know that they are playing on carpet that has been so thoroughly cleaned.

Dakota and Nathaniel cleaned carpet for me and did an excellent job. Stains that I did not think would ever come out looked amazing. I had thought I would have to replace the carpet but I was pleasantly surprised at the difference they made in it. They were very professional and completed the job very quickly. Will use this company again!

I would give Xtrax 10 stars if I could! We had a plumbing issue which resulted in overflow onto carpet in a bedroom and hallway. Keith was able to schedule a crew for same day cleaning which really saved the day. I cannot thank Xtrax enough! Keith and his crew are top notch professionals.
