They did a great job of cleaning my carpet. Arrived at time they said they would be here. Explained what he would be doing, asked if I had questions, answered questions and started cleaning carpet. Finished and everything left in good condition. Very pleased!!!

Technician did a good job on our rugs. However, I have never experienced a rug cleaning company charging 3 dollars a square foot for my 2 8×10 rugs!! That is equivalent to 480 dollars for 2 area rugs!! You’ve got to be kidding!! For that reason, I am sorry to say, we will not be using your service again.

I hired this company to clean a tile shower. I was very disappointed with the results, there was no noticeable difference. I ended up cleaning it myself with Clorox bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush and was able to get it much cleaner. A complete waste of $180. I did call to try to get an explanation or refund but after three days, still have not received a return call from the manager.
