You are a miracle worker!! After falling over a baby gate and spilling red wine on our Karastan Williamsburg rug, I thought I had ruined it. After calling Bob Carr, he advised us to use old towels to blot the stains. Bob also graciously called his crew members and arranged a late afternoon pickup the same day. One week later, our beautiful rug was delivered looking brand new! Crew members (Chuck and another gentleman whose name I didn’t get) were extremely courteous, prompt, and meticulous in their pick up, delivery, and setup. This is our second cleaning with Carr’s in the past year. There is no one better–Carr’s is unsurpassed in their attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and excellent customer service. We really appreciate Carr’s fine carpet cleaning method…..very good results …they were highly recommended to us by our SC carpet cleaner when we moved here. They use the same method he used in our former SC home.
