Sick to death that I have to even leave 1 star. I was told how thorough their cleaning service was and that after place was cleaned someone would go thru and check work, which obviously never happened. Every time i went there was hair on furniture. Even after i dropped off there pet rollers. Only me and my wife used those. Yes to actually clean. There was food and crumbs on chairs, never swept or vacuumed and left laundry everywhere and never told me that it was there, even after i agreed to finish it since they were in such a hurry to move to the next house. As a matter of fact they were in such a hurry they left my front door wide open for anybody to just walk right in. Owner should probably either check work or higher better quality people. Save your self the heart ache and well overpriced fee and keep looking if you come across this company. Absolutely awful company.

An excellent, flexible cleaning service that I have used regularly for 2 years. I especially like how the cleaners make my kitchen and 4 bathrooms sparkle like nearly new with their special cleaning products. They also dust, vacuum, and mop floors. I have been using Peppermint cleaning service for about two and half years now. They are very easy to work with. They care about your needs and your concerns . We work closely together as they clean my house and also my vacation rental. They have a Great team of people that take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Pam Lacroix

When I originally spoke with this company before the birth of my third child, I had a great experience. They did a decent enough job cleaning our house that time, they did miss some pretty obvious things, but I was happy not to clean the day before my c-section. I again wanted them to clean when my son was around 2 months old. It was not the same workers that showed up, they did an awful job, but again I wasn’t going to complain until I got double billed. I paid cash when the cleaners left and then I got a bill (for a much higher price) a few days later. I had to make more than one phone call and more than one email, for them to honor the price quoted and to mark my account paid. So after that experience with billing and the poor cleaning, this company definitely is not worth calling back. I was hoping to find a company locally I could trust to come clean occasionally, but this definitely wasn’t a good experience. I would use another company if I were you.

Hired after a disaster eviction. They claimed to have washed the walls to remove the cigarette stains. Nope! My finger still wipes to yellow! They lost the note about the washer/dryer being dirty and just didn’t do it. They didn’t look in the utility closet where a woman’s thong and perfume bottle were hiding… cleaned the inside of the refrigerator, but couldn’t goo-gone the adhesives on its door?!?!?! Called Laura to make it right and was told they would bill me more for yet another call out. Was told they do not do cigarette stain cleaning… but yet I got billed for this??? I also operate a business in the Short Term Rental / Vacation Rental segment. This agency is a great way to get negative reviews on your properties! Would not recommend!

I hired them for a move out cleaning service. They were extremely professional. They didn’t show up at the required time, but the work their team did was extremely good.
