Dustin did a great job. Love the solution they use! Windows stay looking good for a long time. Thanks Window Gang for your product. We will surely recommend you. 😊 Two points on feedback: you may want to ask about windows people have. Needed 2 people to clean some of ours. So either we help or they come back with another person. We helped. Have your people have rags in truck to use for inside to wipe up floors, etc. Also, we have informed them 2 times regarding the pole left here. No one has responded as to when will pick up. Thanks for listening and understanding.

Window gang did a very good job power washing our driveway and house. Our service tech, Matt, was friendly and professional. We are pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing pressure washing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Window Gang. I called them to get a professional clean on windows that previously had an adhesive stuck to them, and communicated with booking that the job would require special attention beyond a standard clean. I was assured that this would be no problem, that the team was used to jobs like this, and the clean wouldn’t take long (under an hour). We had to schedule over a week out to abide by their schedule, and Window gang sent us several reminders about the cleaning up until the scheduled date. On the scheduled date and time I arrived on location and waited for 10 minutes past the start time with no call or word from Window Gang. I gave them a call, and they seemed confused about whether or not I was booked, but then let me know the window cleaner was 20 minutes away, meaning he would be 30 minutes late. When the cleaner got there, he was in flip flops and offered no apology for being 30 minutes late. He immediately told me he would not be able to complete the job because it was beyond a “standard clean” and that it would be “way more expensive” to clean the windows than we were originally quoted. He sprayed chemical on a small part of the window to test the adhesive, which came up easily after mild scrubbing with a micro fiber towel. He told me he had another job to get to and that I’d have to reschedule, but I never got a call from Window Gang, only a text saying they had automatically rescheduled us without checking our availability. No new quote, no call to apologize. Overall, extremely disappointed in the level of service, and there’s been no acknowledgement from them. We will not be working with them in the future.
