Johnny was available on very short notice – I called on a Friday and since we urgently needed a small section of our carpet treated he was able to come the next day (we adopted a new adult cat and our other cat was NOT a fan). He was professional, offered great advice on treating spots in the future, and was very kind. The house smelled instantly more fresh and the carpets LOOKED great. It’s only been a few hours since the problem area was treated, so our fingers are crossed that the pet smells also fully disappears so we can prevent future accidents. If it doesn’t, he assured us he’d make a return visit for another treatment within the week. Great service, plan on using again for future regular cleaning! Thanks, Johnny!

I hired this company to do a move in clean with carpet cleaning, tile and grout steaming and a deep clean on the house. I was quoted one price, but then when they got here it was a different price. They were about 30 minutes late showing up to clean. They were here for almost 10 or 11 hours. I feel like maybe I should have been given a time frame to complete the job. This was something they said that they could do on the phone. I was trying to keep money local, but I honestly would not recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. They were able to send someone out within two days of my call and gave me about an hour window. When Johnny called me the morning of my appointment, I had to reschedule and he was very understanding and polite. He was able to fit me in the next day and called me multiple times throughout the day to update me on his schedule. He was very professional and personable. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. My old carpet looks 110% better than it did. I will definitely use them again for my next cleaning!

My carpet had an astronomical amount of stains. I didn’t know who to call, but I tried Carpet Cleaning Pros of Augusta and I’m so glad I did! I have used them twice now, and all my carpet looks brand new, it’s crazy! Thank you to Mr. Fred and his sweet son for being so professional and helpful!
