We use maid for you for you short term rental on HHI. We always have positive reviews about how clean the unit is and if we ever have issues Bill is always so helpful. We live 12 hours from our unit so maid for you really acts as our “boots on the ground” and they are spectacular. We would HIGHLY recommend them for short term rental cleanings. We can’t really say enough about them.

Updating my review: Pros: the cleaning was very solid. Our condo was clean and had a consistent experience. They responded quickly after wrapping up our partnership with our rental company who uses Maid for You. Cons: To Brian’s response below, I worked with a rental company who used Maid for You. We showed up to missing three duvets. I’ve called Maid for You for you 5/6 times over the last three weeks looking for updates on their search for the duvets. I’ve had to be the one to follow up every time even though I’ve been told that I would hear back from them. Twice I was told I’d hear back from Brian related to this issue and I have not. Even though we didn’t work directly with Maid for You, I don’t feel like my inquires were taken overly serious. To the other reviews, it would appear a lot of people have had very positive experiences. Mine may not have been quiet as positive but the cleaning was good.

Maid For You is a class A cleaning service provider! Best of the best in the cleaning service business! Twice per month cleaning of are home using state of art equipment and chemicals. Kesha’s eye for attention to detail was always above and beyond expectations!! The owner Brian made sure we were always happy!

As every homeowner who rents their place knows having the right cleaning company is the backbone of your business. We have tried several different cleaning companies in Hilton Head and this one is by far the best. Their fee is reasonable. They always do a good job. On the off chance that something is missed which has only ever occurred once, they are quick to alter their policy to make sure that it does not happen again. We were put in an extremely bad position by a previous company that we dealt with when guests showed up at 10 PM and the unit had not been cleaned. Maid4u Cleaning got right out there for us and it in the middle of the night for us. They did not even charge extra! We were in the process of switching over to them anyways but that level of excellence and professionalism is completely unmatched. Additionally they don’t charge extra weird sheet fees for long-term renters it’s just their basic cleaning fee. Although a deep clean is highly recommended twice a year which we definitely have them do! They also have a handyman service that is reasonable and also actually get things done. Their billing is always accurate and fair. They even have a wonderful referral system. We are integrated with them through the same software and this makes everything very easy. Additionally they never blame the guest or shrug responsibility. They will let you know if maybe there’s something in your system that doesn’t quite work, but they never do it aggressively. When you’re working with a cleaning company you have to work with them to make sure that your guests are happy. I really can’t say enough about the mutual respect that we have had working with this company, The level of professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness. If a 10 out of five as possible I would be posting it here. Highly recommend!

Maid 4 You has been awesome! Having a clean home for our guests is a top priority (if not the top priority.) And I am a very attentive to detail person so it is a feeling of confidence when our guests arrive and text us upon arrival about how beautiful and clean the home is. The Maid 4 You team is on-time, communication is same day (lots of times within the same hour), professional services are delivered, advance detail is heard, shucks…we even needed a blanket cleaned between a checkout and checkin (same day) and they had the blanket cleaned and returned in a couple of hours before the next guest checked in! We are truly pleased. We expect these services to continue. Brian (the owner) has been an outstanding gentleman and values not only the success of his team’s performance but he values his team as people too. We remember the day we sat down with Brian and discussed all he does for his team behind closed doors…we are glad that his team delivers a clean and immaculate home for our guests. We have heard so many cleaning horror stories from other home owners but Maid 4 You is on point! They have earned our trust! We highly recommend Maid 4 You if you desire confidence in your homes cleanliness for your guests. A clean home allows you, as a host, to focus on all the other details for your guests. Don’t worry about your home being clean and ready for your guests, with Maid 4 You you will only be worrying about what time you can notify your guests that they can checkin early. An early checkin means an earlier text from your guests bragging to you about how clean your home is.
