BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I hired this company three days ago to clean a room that had stains on the carpet and stairs. They were only at the house for 30 minutes . I paid $170 for it to be cleaned. When they left, because the carpet was wet, it looked OK. The next day, once it was fully dry, the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned! I reached out to the owner/manager, Jason twice, to get the issue rectified and he did not reply. Not replying after being paid for a service that was totally unsatisfactory is very unprofessional and definitely a bad business practice. It wasn’t until after they “cleaned” the carpet that I saw someone else wrote a review that had experienced the exact same thing that I did. Awful customer service. This company was definitely a rip off and I would not recommend them. Then any five star reviews they have must be from friends and relatives. If I could give zero stars, I would. BEWARE!

I had the carpet cleaned for my Mom because she had just had Surgery and wanted her carpet cleaned. I went by their reviews and called them. They did the job in less than 30 minutes. i inquired about certain areas that didn’t look clean. He said it was because where people sit at. He kept spraying the areas I pointed out but not cleaning the area. The carpet looks fine when wet but when it dry it looks very unclean. The sides and the edge of the carpet wasn’t never touched at all. I reached out and they asked me to send photos which i Did along with a Video and they would call me back once they talk to the workers who did the job. They will not even answer the phone now. 149.00 for what? The floor had to be scrubbed afterwards for the areas they didn’t clean. I am very disappointed with the way the carpet was cleaned and they had 4.9 stars. I learned you can’t go by that all of the time.

The service was awesome! We used it to clean the carpets for my new house, and they came earlier then they were scheduled and were done before the appointment time! It was great! They were super nice and very respectful. Would definitely use again! The only downside is the carpets were a little wet so it took a little to dry but if the fans are on it will be just fine.

Just had my living room furniture cleaned by Luke and Nick. They arrived on time they set up and went to work did an excellent job with the furniture cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would surely recommend this company.

Great Service! Very professional and diligent in completing the task with quality and in a timely manner. Jason and his partner was great at communicating with me throughout the Job with each procedure and the reason for using the different products.My furniture and carpet looks brand new. Especially my white and grey area rug. I will recommend this company. I will definitely continue using them every six months as recommended by Jason whom seems extremely knowledgeable in his field.

My elderly dog who couldn’t always make it outside unfortunately passed so we decided to get our carpets cleaned & a family friend recommended Super Steamer because they had there basement and bedrooms done. When they got here they were extremely polite & 100% not judgemental with the task at hand. I began to explain how my dog couldn’t make it outside and that I just wanted to get everything cleaned and make it smell fresh, their technician Jason began to explain that for the best results they would need to do a complete PURT(I think stands for Pet Urine Removal Treatment) to make sure even the padding underneath got cleaned! They explained how they would be using a water claw to get the padding and then they would do a normal steam clean from their!! It’s been 2 days and it smells 100000% better, I truly could not be more satisfied with the results and will forever is this company in the future thank you again Jason and super steamer carpet cleaner

The guys that came to my home were very professional. I was talked thru the process before they got started. The job was done quickly an quietly as possible. I cleaned carpets many years ago. And they did everything as it should have been done. I am very happy with using Super Steamer!!.
