Jesse is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, took a look at the place and explained to me the cleaning process including the stuff he uses before he started cleaning. My apartment looked new and smelt very nice afterwards. You will also find his price very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend!

Very excited to say that Premier Carpet is absolutely wonderful, will never use Zerorez or Stanley Cleaner ever again. My carpets are cleaner than I have ever seen them, Jesse communicated arrival time, took the time to listen to my concerns and was very professional. Jesse was awesome! Very responsive, happened to be available that same day, and got 99.9% of the dried turkey blood (don’t ask) out of the carpet, which was way better than I had hoped. And very reasonably priced, too! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

Jesse did a great job getting as much pet hair as he can. I asked this company to help with getting rid of pet smell that’s been lingering even after being deep cleaned, air fresheners. Jesse was also on time, efficient and was very professional! Thank you, will hire again in the future!
