I have had Limas come for a biweekly cleaning for almost a year now and I am very happy. They do a great job, it is a real pleasure to come home the day they come over. They are also flexible if I have something going on at their usual scheduled time. The cleaners are friendly and honest.

Great cleaners. Too bad they don’t reply to emails or answer phone calls. So if you can’t get a response from them it makes it difficult to employ them. And I don’t care how well you clean if you can’t ever schedule a cleaning.

i’ve only been using lima’s services for a few months but i’m very very satisfied and pleased with the job they do each time. i haven’t had any issues being accommodated in cleaning request or schedule changing. i’ll be using them long term

Fantastic cleaning, pathetic customer service. They never answer their phone or reply to emails. I’ve been trying to reach them for 5 days and not a peep. They have shown up on the wrong days, missed appointments altogether and can’t be bothered to reply when you reach out. It’s too bad because they do a great job.
